Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector and is available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
