Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC, and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action options include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The valves feature durable NBR seals, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed of chemical nickel-plated steel.
