Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Designed for a wide range of applications, these external pilot valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valves come with different action configurations, including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. They feature port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. Operating from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, these valves require a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, made of durable NBR, enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. Constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, the body of the valve is complemented by a spool made of chemical nickel-plated steel, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
