Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action options include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4". They operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, these valves can function within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
