Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, achieving flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. They operate within a working pressure range from vacuum up to 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Durable NBR seals enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, with the spool constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
