Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these external pilot valves are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes consist of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves are designed to operate from a vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. Additionally, the body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
