Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, with all valves operating from vacuum up to a 145 PSI working pressure. Bistable valves require a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI, while monostable valves require 29 PSI. The durable NBR seals allow the valves to operate between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
