Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves are designed to operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
