Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are packaged conveniently to include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Options include actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are offered in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. The valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Durable NBR seals enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is comprised of chemical nickel plated steel.
