Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action options consist of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 NPT and 1/4 BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is composed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
