Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are compatible with all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring baseline pilot pressures of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
