Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. They operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
