Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are offered in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR and allow operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
