Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these external pilot valves are included in convenient combo packages that encompass the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pilot pressure to actuate monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling the valves to function between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
