Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI; bistable valves require a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI, while monostable valves necessitate 29 PSI to actuate. The durable seals are made from NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
