Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for effective control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, catering to various application needs. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC. The valves support actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes provided are 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. They operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The valves are equipped with durable NBR seals, allowing operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
