Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, offering flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. They operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
