Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are offered in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC up to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports, with all valves operating up to a working pressure of 145 PSI. Bistable valves require a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI, while monostable valves require 29 PSI to actuate. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body of the valves is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
