Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports, with all valves operating up to 145 PSI working pressure. Bistable valves require a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI, while monostable valves require 29 PSI. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
