Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves deliver a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in a range of common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are sold in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with 5/3 valves offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable operation and 29 PSI for monostable operation. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, while the valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
