Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are supplied in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
