Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC. It offers actions in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. They operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body consists of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
