Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are packaged to include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The series features actions in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are rated at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body of the valve is made from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is fabricated from chemical nickel plated steel.
