Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter having closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
