Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic systems, available in a range of voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with action options of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves are designed to operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline for bistable and 29 PSI baseline for monostable actuation. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
