Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are packaged to include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes feature 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. Operating within a working pressure range of vacuum up to 145 PSI, the valves require 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing for operation in temperatures from 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel-plated steel.
