Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8 inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4 inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2 inch ports. All valves operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR and allow operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
