Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 action offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is comprised of chemical nickel plated steel.
