Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are compatible with all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available action configurations include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, these valves can function effectively in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel-plated steel.
