Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for high-quality control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all standard voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The series offers various action types, including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes feature options of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are capable of operating at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, while the body is made of anodized and painted aluminum and the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
