Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC, and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are specified as 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, enabling the valves to function effectively between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
