Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. They are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valves feature actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. They feature durable NBR seals that allow operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed of chemical nickel plated steel.
