Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC, and are packaged to include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR and the valves can function within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
