Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC. The valves come with various action types: 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves operate with a working pressure from vacuum up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
