Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC, these valves are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel-plated steel.
