Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves are included in convenient combo packages that consist of the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
