AIGNEP USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for effective control in pneumatic systems, suitable for numerous applications involving cylinders and components. The valves are offered in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available action configurations include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 model featuring closed, pressure, and open center options. Port sizes are provided in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, supporting flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All models operate effectively at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, composed of durable NBR, enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, the body is complemented by a spool made of chemical nickel plated steel, ensuring longevity and reliability.
