Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. They feature durable NBR seals that allow operation between 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
