Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, and are supplied in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action types include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 variant available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes feature options of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are rated at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, the valves function effectively within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
