Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and are provided in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes range from 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, to 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is comprised of chemical nickel-plated steel.
