Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8 inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4 inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2 inch ports. All valves can operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
