Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders and components. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. They feature action configurations of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with 5/3 available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The ports are offered in sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
