Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for precise control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. They support actions such as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports, all operating at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure. Bistable valves require a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI, while monostable valves need 29 PSI to actuate. The durable NBR seals facilitate operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is manufactured from anodized and painted aluminum, with a spool made of chemical nickel plated steel.
