Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, accommodating all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. The convenient combo packages include the valve, solenoid, and connector, with available actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, the latter being offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, while flow rates are specified at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can handle a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. Constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, the body is complemented by a chemical nickel plated steel spool.
