Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with options available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC. The valves feature actions such as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 model available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
