Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with a requirement of 14.5 PSI baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
