Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for effective control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with action options available as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, the latter of which can feature closed, pressure, or open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves operate efficiently under a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI baseline pressure for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, while the body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
