Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are compatible with all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, while flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The valves feature seals made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, complemented by a chemical nickel plated steel spool.
