Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, compatible with all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with available actions including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, the latter of which comes in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
