Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel-plated steel.
